Freelander TD4 Engine knocking at 3000RPM

HI, this is my first post here. I was wondering if anyone would have any idea why the engine in my freelander may start knocking and jumping at 3000RPM and stop when below or above this. The turbo also does not work. It does have blue smoke coming out of the exhaust when it is at 3000 RPM too.

Check engine oil level then do some forum Searches re:

Split turbo pipes
Engine breather/crankcase breather/ crankcase depression limiting valve etc
oil from dipstick tube
Turbo/ boost solenoid problems

if you need any parts for your td4 engine ive all parts are cheap
