Freelander starts and cuts out immediately

Hello LandyZone.
My 10 plate Freelander broke down on Wednesday. It started as usual but then immediately cut out. Tried a number of times with same result. RAC attended and couldn't source the problem. No faults in his computer diagnostic machine. Towed to main dealer who have failed to source the problem. Again no faults on their diagnostic computer. The car is fitted with factory immobiliser and Tracker. First time I have had any problems with starting over life of vehicle. I have owned it since new.

Does anyone have an idea of what the cause might be?
 
No tracker fitted at factory on Freelander 2 - do you have any info on this system and how it is fitted and whether it can isolate circuits on the car?

Have you checked throttle housing for a stuck flap?
 
Its diesel. The Tracker system was fitted by the dealer I originally purchased the new car from.

I do not believe that Tracker can isolate systems on the car.
It was certainly working as I had a call from Tracker whilst my Landie was being transported to the dealer after it had failed to start.
