Freelander sport 18” wheels tyre wear

As anyone experienced rapid tyre wear ?
All four replaced at same time but the front two are close to the limit with a lot of inside wear ? the prop as been off for 8000m but when took off all tyres had the same tread , the back tyres are at 4mm with Evan wear
Tracking checked regularly
I might been wrong but I think the steering is definitely getting heavy as well
Tyre pressure is 30psi

Tracking is the obvious one. However, I'm getting wear on both edegs of each front tyre. I've replaced both wishbones, all bushes, track rods and ends, and sorted the ARB. I've also had the tracking checked multiple times. So the only things left are the shocks, mounts and springs. I'm hoping that when I get them sorted later this year it will solve the problem. Maybe that's the issue with yours too.

Setting tracking to straight ahead rather than toe out solved mine and is just within spec!!
Wear on both edges suggests tyre pressures too low??

I found that running 2WD wears the front tyres faster than normal. It's very easy to spin the wheels without realising, so that might be a factor?

Have the tracking set straight ahead, but within spec, as Andy suggested.

I've never owned a freelander, nor have i driven one in 2wd, but would that not impact how the vehicle steers while driving? Wouldn't decreasing the toe-in increase understeer?

Running 2WD definitely changes the way the vehicle feels on the road, it's not as planted somehow.

The Freelander tracking is set to tow out slightly, but bringing it to straight ahead (it's still in spec), improves turn in, and reduces inner tyre wear.

I did my own tracking and set it straight forward using string and a tape measure as got fed up keep going to the garage and paying for nothing really , now drives steers perfect with no tyre wear

I set mine up in the same way, with the same results.

I run at 34psi so it's not that on mine. Maybe I should get the tracking adjusted as Andy has said. Although, I know that my left front mount is shot anyway.
