Ebay is your best bet - or a Land Rover breakers, you will need the roof rails that bolt to the roof then down to the lights and if your want a roof rack you then need the 2 cross rails that lock onto the roof rails.

or these:

although the vehicle in each of the pictures look suspiciously similar

that's what mrs ming uses to stretch the poor space mut in the ming dungeon.
