Thanks mate, that's just what I'm looking for Probably better built and more reliable than the Freelander.

I know where you're coming from mate. Shame it was not made by Toyota since its a good looking car. Like most freelander owners, I've been a victim of British Leyland bad design.........no wonder we don't have any British car manufacturers left

No, you've been the victim of your own ignorance. Another Moaning Minnie who didn't bother researching the car properly before parting with his hard earned. There are versions which are better & ones which aren't ,all of this being well documented. Guess which category yours is in.

Yes, you are probably right. I have looked at the freelander faults poll, and yes you are right again, mine is one of the better ones. Thanks bud for your kind comments
