i've taken the bars off to make it easier to take the back off in this sunny weather and i've noticed many others have done the same but some have blanking plates to improve the look does anyone know where they can be bought, what i should call them on a tinternet search also i'd like a soft top if anyone selling or giving away?

the vehicle would have had the blanks fitted when made, as they are sprayed the same as the body colour, they're then taken off when the rails are fitted.
most are kept with the vehicle, but some are sold on ebay, just going to have to keep looking I'm afraid.

or if you is an injuneer like what I is, and you have the 3 door commercial, you can fit the cross rails and carry fings like ladders what is too big to fit in de boot, or trunking, conduit, studding, or for diy plasterboard, timber, and so on.
