Yes but its not straight forward. Yer got the option of heated memory electric movement. Yer first need to check the wiring is present under the carpet. If yer want the heated option to work yer need to change part of the hvac heating control. You will also need someone with lr's ssd software to update the FL2's ccu car config file to enable the heated seat option. An iidbt should be able to do it but that will cost currently £405 for yer own unless you pay someone to enable your car on their iid, if it was an individual purchase. Its all possible and any missing bits yer need to fit. Easier to give a link below to a write up than go through all that's needed.
