Freelander 2 td4

I'm new on here my name is Jim
I live in Northumberland
I bought my first land rover
A 2010 freelander love the car
But I had tyres changed a few weeks back it was running on pirrelllis front and back no problems the front was low so I got new tyres not pirellis but were recommended tyres by someone I have used for years. I put the new tyres on the rear
And the rear to the front
Now since then under acceleration not heavy and not as loud on some roads as opposed to others it sounds to me like the exhaust is vibrating but can't be sure if it's front or back
And also the road noise is becoming horrendous at times
It becomes evident at about 45 to 70
Just wondering if any one else has had this and what the solution could be

Forgot to say it's a aytomaric and the vibration seems worse when going into 6th gear

Is the problem proportional to speed? Did it only start after the tires were changed?

It only seemed to start after the tyres were changed to be honest
It drives OK changes gear fine
Just got a bit concerned as I have been told the rear diffs are prone to fail and I thought it could have been that
I was also told it could have possibly been the vcu??
As its the first 4wd I've owned its all new to me

Freelander 2 doesn't have a vcu. They're used on the Freelander 1.

I think its a bit too much of a coincidence it happening after the tire change. I would be wanting to get them checked on the spinning machine again. I assume they fitted weughts to balance them and they haven't come oft. Won't take long for tgem to spin and check them.

Freelander 2 uses a clutch device powered by an electric pump, called a haldex, which is switched on/oft when needed using electric. If the oil filter gauze blocks then the pump is put under more strain then failure occurs. Seasoned FL2 owners change the haldex oil every 20k miles and the filter every 40k miles, to try to prevent failure. Video's YouTube on how to do it. But my first check would be the tires. And quickly in order to rule it out
