Freelander 2 starts then stops

Hi first time posting, I have a Freelander 2 TD4, it starts for approx 5 seconds then dies, I have charged the battery, the fuel relay is working, the pump 40 amp fuse is OK, the fuel pump is running, there is fuel coming through the filter, air flow isn't blocked. I am putting it on a computer tonight to see if there are any codes, Does anyone have any other ideas of what to check please.
