Hi i am a newbee i have owned a feelander for 12 mths now it's a great car but things are starting to go wrong .....
can you help me please .......
i am so fed up with my freelander it has been off the road all bank holiday and i really do need to get this problem sorted.....
I own a 1998 freelander 1.8 xei petrol,
I turn the key lights come on the dash as normal turn the key and nothing.....
It used to start if i was lucky but now nothing just a click from the relay and a click from the solinoid
I have replaced the starter motor and it started, but when i came to restart it the same problem again so had to bump it ....heavy car !!!!!!
I have read on some forums it could be the ignition switch ..... i have taken the covers off around my steering but could not see any problems ....... loose wires etc ....
