Forward facing rear seats

Hello,

I've searched the forum but can't seem to find an exact answer to my question...(apologies in advance then if this is covered elsewhere).

Has anyone fitted forward facing seats in the rear of a swb SIII taken from a mini bus?

There are a few on ebay, very cheap and have built-in inertia seat belts so look ideal.

My concern is - what to attatch them to (i.e. big plate on floor/chassis/weld in member etc) and what will the mot people say (about the mounting, obviously the seats and belts are an approved type otherwise VW etc wouldn't be fitting them).

the way i would do it weld box section underneath the rear tub welded to both sides of chassis so the seat bot onto to something strong, the rear tub floor inst the strongest of places to be bolting seats and seat belts too. but seems like a good idea much safer than bench seats

At first glance, they look like a good idea, but I've not heard of anyone doing it which is what made me suspicious!

i guess its just with seats in to back you can carry **** all!
