Endless discussions on whether additives are any use.

Engine cleaner, is that something you put into the oil that's supposed to clean the insides of the engine?
Do the insides of the engine need cleaning?

Tbh waste of money on a healthy engine, but if shes fecked and needs some help for mot etc, then go for it.
