All finished and painted. Great to get the spare out of the back , loads more room.

Just need to sort a new mountain bike rack out, the tow ball clamp one won't fit round the spare wheel, so need a bolt on or hang on type for the spare wheel.

I was looking at this DIY one recently. Very impressive! Heavy Duty Bike Rack - Tools and Fabrication - LR4x4 - The Land Rover Forum

Thanks for the link, I had a Pendle rack on my old Discovery it was ok but you couldn't open the rear door, which would be a pain on the 90.

I'm thinking of an adaptor on the swing away with the forks on, using my cheap towball mount. No issues with MIG power as you can see from the photo!!

LED fog and reverse lights arrived today. They are Ring Towing brand and are e marked. Managed to get the kids to sleep in record time so went out and fitted them. They may have fitted the standard holes if turned longways up, but again the fog light would be in the way of the carrier. So I just fitted them horizontally and drilled small self tapper holes top and bottom, and nicked the self tappers out of the old lights.

The reverse seems ok, not blindingly bright but not tried out in the dark yet. The fog light is VERY BRIGHT which is good.
