Flywheel bolt torque.

Can anyone tell me the torque wrench setting for the flywheel bolts on the 300 tdi.
I will get a book, just dont wanna pay halfrauds prices.

Flywheel housing bolts 45Nm - Tight

Flywheel bolts 145Nm - Fookin tight

parrantly the flywheel bolts are stretch bolts like whats used on a cylinder head and should only be used once.

I read that just as I was retightening the old wuns!!!

Oops I didnt know that, th'engines back in now, ah well.
I've done that with a couple of rover k series engines, with the flywheel and the cylinder head bolts to no trouble.
Not reccomended though as you say quite correctly, when I do the clutch I'll fit new ones.
