Hi

The arm rest on my drives seat falls back into rear of the car. Fine forward, adjuster working ok and you can lean on it without a problem. Just falls back and stops the seat going back as it jams against the rear seat. I assume there should be a stop but its bust. Anybody taken one of these apart??

There is a panel covering the hinge does it ping off?

u no what i have only just this minute got in from fixing mine.

u got a black cover on the side of the arm rest, take it off and unscrew the 8mm bolt, then pull the arm off. u will see there is a black bar sticking out of the chair. there should also be a ......... cant remember what they are called. i wanna say split pin but dont think thats right. anyway u will see. just hammer that back in the hole. then slot the black ring thing on the bar then fit the arm back, screw the bolt back on and bobs ya uncle.

4.Shake out pin from inside arm and reinsert from the back until flush. Make sure it comes through the hole in the front.

5.Mine was cracked probably due to child pulling on it from the back or being used to pull up into the back seat.
