Floor security loops

In the load space of my Disco, are 4 floor mounted luggage loops, which are mostly rusty.
Need to replace them, but how ?
Anyone know please ?

D rings, aren't they bolted or screwed to the floor?

I renewed mine after fixing the swimming pool in the boot due to the leaky sunroof, all four were rusted solid, think it's just a 13mm socket required and you can do it by lifting the small flap of carpet under the closed ring. I got mine from the local stealer as by the time I'd paid postage for mail order it worked out cheaper. EOZ100000 x 4 came to about £16.

Thanks for that advice. Now I can do the job with spoiling the immaculate interior.
