flickering headlights

My headlights started flickering, so I removed the alternator and sent it to my local man for testing, although there was no fault found I asked him to replace the regulator pack. Refitted it to the car with a new belt for good measure and now is all sorted. Minus some skin !

Not sure how long skin will last as a belt tho

change the candles for bulbs

check your battery conection,earths and output from alternator,should be around 14.5 volts.
anything more you will cook the battery 18 volts plus not good.

All ok now. Voltage never went up or down but new reg stopped the flickering.
