i tried the search but no answers,can i fit 2 flexplates to beef it up a bit of simply make a mutha f+cker 4mm thick one and then forget it for ever,secondly how easy is it to remove the transfer box from the tranny so i can remove the tranny easier?

If you could tone your language down it would help!! And, what car have you. Year (important) Engine combination (important) Petrol Diesel, Marmite ??????? obviously an Auto or mayby not?? Apparently RPI Engineering do an upgrade one.

The whole idea of a flex plate is that it can flex, a little.
Why do you want to remove the transfer gearbox from the tranny! (I purpose you mean the Automatic Gearbox). Much easier to remove them both as one.
Just done this whole exercise last week.

You can make your own if you have the correct cutting tools and stress relief if the temp is too hot. There have been many posts on this subject so you are not searching very well.
