Flatdog

Has anyone had problems with flatdog ???
they promise to do something then dont !:mad2: i brought a roof rack a year ago and they sent out a shorter height than i asked for so i phoned up and spoke to them , yes sir we will get one out when they are finished that was a year ago !!!! useless muppets !

Never dealt with them personally, But maybe you should have stayed in contact with them to see what was what.
Bit late now asking if anyone has had a problem with them, Me, I'd want to know it was a good company before I part with my money.

Depends which way you look at it. If you knew they were a **** company you would have never bought from them in the first place.

Not that I'm saying they're a **** company as I have never dealt with them.

I've had no problems with them at all, they are a very popular and reputable company.

They went the extra mile with me.... Win some you loose some I suppose

Unlike a few companies I could mention, but won't for obvious reasons, both the owner of Flatdog and his staff are enthusiasts themselves, which in my book speaks volumes.

Not only that, the Land Rover community is minuscule compared to other sections of the motoring world, so any bad apples tend to get exposed pretty quick. Like MaxyMan said, they are a very popular and reputable company, something that just wouldn't happen if they were 'iffy'.

My advice lab72 - go back to 'em and ask for owner Barry. He'll sort it once and for all.
