FL2 taken out by sewer cover

well those thieves they will pinch anything but apart from that I wish I had my dash cam a week earlier I was going up a steep hill and it was absolutely pouring with rain . and the car in from suddenly flip into the air ,the water pressure in the sewers just pushed the man hole cover up and the car was just going over it , and this has happened a few times on that hill . the council are now looking into ways of securing it better
