My fl2 manual diesel...only has 3rd,4th an reverse gears....all cables are attatched....can anyone shed some light on this problem...thanks ppl ...

Have you checked the security of the balljoints on the selector rods ontop of the gearbox, as well as those on the selector in the car?

Yeah all cheched...no issues there...dreading if its something inside the 'box thats gone...

On the manual FL2 gearbox there is a selector module which 'drops' into the gearbox and selects the gears etc.
It's available as a separate part - be worth looking into this as an option.
