Fitting outriggers

Hi, anyone got any advice on how to fit new bulkhead outriggers to my 90, i know ive got to grind off the old ones and weld in the new ones, thats not the problem, whats troubling me is how im supposed to get at all the sides of the outrigger to grind and weld it.....do i need to remove the floor? footwells? any help gratefully recieved

I am looking into doing this too, How did you cut the old 0nes off?

I cut them off with an angle grinder, then ground the chassis down so that the surface was flush, and clean to be welded. its a horrible job but not too difficult, it just takes time. good luck
