Fitting OEM fog lights

Managed to get a set of fog lights (stc53081) at a good price. Comes with the full fitting kit, how easy are they to install?

I've looked on the rave cd and it doesn't look that hard, but the instructions are for a lhd

are these the ones that go flush in the bumper ?

if so, cutouts are embossed into the plastic on the back of the bumper.

the landrover plug and play wiring loom makes things a lot easier

Hi

I also aquired a set of said fog lights. At said good price

However I have been told that they will not fit on my 2001 td4 freebie as the FBH is in the way.

Mines a 52 plate td4 haven't got a fbh think i have the pct heater instead

indeed it is, if it's fitted.

might you be looking to offload them to someone who doesn't have a fbh fitted to their td4?

Does anyone have any fitting instructions for a RHD 2002 TD4 that can be scanned and sent, please?

I'd appreciate it

(And curious: what does FBH mean?)

James: I looked on eBay under the STC number to ensure I got a set that fitted. There is another set, the STC52074 that will fit, but here's the catch:

That part number was listed for cars from 02 until 04, but only for cars fitted with an A-frame protection bar. The pods are designed to overlap the front edge of the nudge bar, so if you have not got one fitted they will stick out a long way.

Famous Four have been excellent in getting the right info, without them, I'd still be floundering around. Pity Famous Four don't sell these kits, cause I'd buy one from the guys, just down to the service they provided!
