I'm thinking of fitting heavy duty springs on the front of me disco cuz of the extra weight of the winch and bumper. Is this a DIY job and how do I go about it? Ta fur ya elp.

this is a easy job jack it up so wheel is off the floor take wheel off, loosen the bottom nut for shock while holding the shock or it will turn with the nut if not been done in a while wd40 it and leave while u put the kettle on. then you should be able to push the shock up into arch and pull the old spring out as the only thing holding the spring in place is the shock travel. and fit new spring then put back together but i would replace the shocks while you are there as this will also help and are cheap enough. hope this helps.
