Fitting front fog lights to a non fog light discovery

Hi all,

I have just won an OEM discovery bumper with the fog lights in on eBay, I'd like to fit the bumper to my non fog light discovery.

It's a 1998 discovery TDI and it's a GS

I see that there are connectors behind the headlights which I'm hoping are for the fogs! I am assuming I'll need a front fog light button for a start!

What else will I need? I'm struggling to find proper info anywhere. I don't know if it has wiring for the switch behind the dash ( I doubt it)

That's it, wiring loom is fitted so use the white sockets behind the head lamp, switch wiring will be coiled up behind the switch bank next to the clock, plus maybe u need a relay in the last position on the hinged section of the relay mounting.

I've just spent 4 hours 30 with two of us fitting the bumper!!!!

Had lots of problems with the headlight washers. I'll source a switch and think about actually making them work another day!!!

Does anyone know if there is a specific type of relay I need? Or are relays a universal thing?

Also can't find a switch anywhere!
