fitting a new 300tdi engine

hi again...swapping the engine in my 96 discovery for another 300tdi ,it seems my discovry has an immobilliser i'm guessin thats what the wires on the injector pump are...the engine i'm gonna fit has just a single white wire coming out of the pump....so i'm wondering if i can just fit the whole lot, an not worry bout the immobiliser...or will i have to swap pumps over?

you could swap immobiliser as they arent interchangable between vehicles or remove plastic cover from rear of pump and put single wire to solenoid
