fitting 2.5 na in series wots involved?

As recomended by a few of you i have got hold of a 2.5 N/A to replace my 2 1/4 petrol ive got a series 3 gearbox that i want to keep due to pto winch.Other that fitting fuel filter and glow plug switch what have got to contend with? Ive been told i will have to drill the holes larger to mate gearbox to bell housing. Can i fit my pto for the winch to a later gearbox??

You'll need a fuel return line.

I fitted the 2.5 NA into my Series 3...

There is something about here somewhere.

No real problems, other than I had to move the oil bath air filter, and cut and raise the battery tray, bell housing all fitted as it should, as did engine mounts. So engine wise it 'should' be a straight forward job.

Bear in mind that mine was a 2 1/4 diesel in the first place I didnt have the joys of converting from Petrol.
