TD6 is a very capable unit...very torquey, and much pokier than the P38...

I have driven a couple TD6 L322 and found them very good - but the V8 just feels more urgent and more willing to sit up and beg...

Sorry forgot to say my L322 is a diesel.

just buy the best you can find.
the v8 l322 is really good.

When it comes to towing, the gearboxes are weak on the L322, the diesel is worse than the petrol.
