Hi, My name is Jae, I bought a Discovery V8i Auto on Saturday 21st Feb, I don't mind the fuel consumption as I didn't think is what that bad. I am on my 2nd day of owning it and have already had 2 things go wrong on it. The discovery has started to run rough, I have checked it for the headgasket but the headgasket was replaced 6 months ago. It doesn't overheat but missfires auite badly, It was sitting for 4 months before I bought it. :blabla: Then the 2nd thing was, I went to use it this evening and tried to use the remote to unlock it and nothing, I then used the key to unlock it and the central locking didn't kick in, but I also noticed that the immobiliser light wasn't flashing, I put the key in the ignition and tried to start it and the immobiliser light comes on solid and a light on the dash flashes with a picture of a lock. I think the battery on the Discovery isn't fully charged. I will try and jump start it tomorrow frm my jump pack. But if this doesn't sort the problem out, what will. I need mydiscovery on the road as it's my only car. Please Help.
