Series 3 Finally got one!!

After months of looking and losing out on a few I finally picked up my Series 3. She’s a 1972 (same age as me!) from South Africa. I’m well pleased.

He has to learn the hard way . Like we did !

I owned one about 25 years ago, I’ve had a 90, 2x110s, Disco 1,2 &3 now I’m back to the S3. I’m not very knowledgeable about series threes so there is lots to learn. It was built in South Africa and then about three years ago shipped to Spain it was there for a few years and now it’s in the UK with me. It has a bench seat in the front, was that standard in 1972 what is that a South African thing?
