Right so ive won some wheels from "that well know auction site" and im now feeling rather blonde.

From searching on lz earlier, i got the impression early disco wheels will fit my g reg 90 (without the wheel caps on), but i am not 100% sure..

So if you could shed a bit of light here it would be appriciated :)

Thanks

i like this bit...

genuine landrover after market alloys

anyways.

From what i have gathered it depends on the wheels - and the size of the boss in the middle, cos some fit over the drums some dnt, etc. Try it and see. If it dnt fit, get a disco back axle cos the difference it makes to the brakes is amazing!

but PLEASE PLEASE make sure you have the CORRECT wheel nuts, the standard steel wheel ones DO NOT WORK and if you force them on the wheels WILL Fall off - get the correct Alloy Wheel Nuts.

Yeah i think thats the best way to go to be honest, the listing did say they would fit series IIIs so with that in mind i hope they fit over my rear drums, if not new axel looks a possibility or even pop them back on the bay, they were pretty cheap anyway.

if you have the alloys im thinking of, i think there called freestyle alloys(google it to check), they will definatley fit because i have a set on my 1990 90 with the caps off. i bought another set of 5 for my off road tyres off a mate for £80, bargain of what!!
