faulty lights

hi, i just had freeby serviced and after the mechanic told me the 3 warning lights were on they were ok till he did full service and check tyres off etc,checked the gear stick connection fine ,then cic fuse went all the lights in the car and stereo went mad turned itself off then on interior lights did same,i put new fuse in it works ok but now when turn key on no tc light or hd lights come on and the only warning light is the abs that stays on and also the speedo not working is this all connected to my 20amp cig fuse blowing twice. i checked fuses in car and in engine bay they all in order any help out there.
