Hi all, I was recently one of the lucky ones who purchased a Faultmate FCR through the discounted offer on this website. The unit arrived quickly, thanks to Paul, and was duly plugged into my P38 range rover. All seemed to work fine unto the next morning, when the unit declared itself no longer licenced.
I contacted BBS (Colin) about this and have to say that the level of support received was utterly fantastic. It took a bit of time to sort the issue out, which turned out to be to do with an unusual VIN number that contained two zeros.
Long story short and unashamedly touting BBS, what a fantastic back up service. I have never met any the people involved in BBS face to Face and have nothing more to gain by promoting their aftersales, but after reading so many horror storys re the Stealers etc, thought it only right to praise good service when experienced.
If you buy a product off them, the service does not stop there, any probs and they are an absolute delight to deal with.
