fault codes

finally got the lynx up and running and have found the following faults

EDC
136 fuel flow actuator circuits
142 needle lift sensor
133 charge pressure sensor (b5/1 )

air con

clutch control
curcuit fault

body electrics
0040 comms fail to right seat outstation
0080 comms fail to left seat outstation

anybody got any ideas please

Don't know that one, Wammers is your man.
142 needle lift sensor
Check the connector to number 4 injector, could be the sensor is duff. I'd look at live data to see if it's operating correctly.

MAP sensor.

air con

clutch control
curcuit fault
That could just be you have the wrong HEVAC module as there are 2 different types.

body electrics
0040 comms fail to right seat outstation
0080 comms fail to left seat outstation

anybody got any ideas please

If you clear the faults, do they come back?

thanks Keith i cleared them on monday and they are back today
142 needle lift sensor
Check the connector to number 4 injector, could be the sensor is duff. I'd look at live data to see if it's operating correctly if sensor is duff is that a new no 4 injector

Fuel flow actuator circuits have to be quantity servo feedbacks to ECU. Is there nothing with Lynx that explains fault codes in more detail? If it's similar to test book there must be some literature around for that.

Could find nothing wammers. That's not saying it isn't there

was just going to change outstations only £10 for the pair from ebay

You should be able to easily see if the needle lift sensor functions on live data.
No fault code explanations? Maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for.

Would the comms falt be like the nano if you have no memory seats it come come up as a fault if I remember.

I did email links and they said there was no live data on the injector ?
This is what I'm eager to learn about this machine .

If Lynx does not do live data for the needle lift sensor then it's not worth buying IMO, what else is missing?

can get live data up just not sure which sensor nothing says lift needle i have 3 different inject settings battery volt tps atom thingamy bob it has a list of different things what i did notice was the rev counter was below the normal mark and was showing it to be around 605 on the live data thingamy jig never used diagnostics before so dont know my arse from my elbow at mo

Data that £100 more goes a long way for the nano
Here is a snap shot taken from one if their videos
Look at the screen in this photo it has an rpm speed giving you no indication from where its it sorced. IMO its more if an ecu hijacker than a dedicated diagnotics machine that can read and clear faults yippy do

dont knock it mate found out i could switch driving lights on through body electrics
