HI, had alook around the forum (searched) and cant find anything about these fault codes, from my bosch edc 1.3.1 code 136 and 25, is there a list I can get my hands on or a place they can be found, many thanks.

Very strange. The Hawkeye without a list of fault codes and their meanings, seems to be as useful as tits on a Mars bar.

I like mars bars, so will check things again just in case Ive missread, highly possible as had kids running around garage at time -DOH!.

 Miss read it the fault codes also give meaning, but dont apply to mine HUURRAH. however it wont always kickdown and go some times gets to 3.500 revs and seems to die any ideas as to where to start looking, has new in tank pump, starts easy when hot, new fuel filter. Its a 98 2.5 diesel auto.

You need to find out what the ECM faults are. Sounds like lack of fuel. But could easily be something to do with MAP sensor or number four injector. Have a look at insides of turbo pipes check for any delamination. Kickdown is controlled from ECM so the engine maybe dropping into a limp mode at times. You really need to know what the faults are. Where are you, someone maybe able to help near you?

There is no kickdown lever. It is done electronically by the ECU from the throttle position sensor.
