Disco 1 Fan controller relocation

Hi everyone hope all is well
Im busy converting my single din radio to a dubbel din on my discovery 1
I have ran into a problem with the fan controller the cables are in my way
Any advice on relocating it or i though about installing a discovery 2 climate control unit is it possible and can i just put the actuators on the d1 box or do i need a complete disco 2 unit

Way too much work for little gain IMO, a single DIN unit will give you all the music you need,
You can always extend the wiring to the fan control unit and likewise get longer cables but then you are going
To mount the whole gubbins remotely somewhere, and it won’t look pretty,

Ya though about it aswell im going to go up in to the dash (want maps and so on) for the dubbel din and im going to move my gauges aswell
