Facelift Bonnet

Is the Bonnet on a Facelift Freelander different to the pre facelift?

dont think they are

Don't know for sure but they look the same to me

Iv got a big dent in mine and itll probably be just as cheap to buy one of flea bay rather then have it repaired.....if its the same as a pre facelift....

Sorry no I believe that it is the same. You'll notice that only the plastic panels are different on the facelift and previous versions - I suspect the tools for these injected parts were probably not at their best after how ever many tens of thousands of gen 1 Freelanders. Steel/Ali presses don't wear out so quickly I don't think, so they kept all the metal panels like the bonnet the same.

Bonnet is definately the same.....

Direct swap on mine then for a preface lift...sounds good

the colours may be different though for an exact match

Mines Zambesi silver..think thats pretty standard..
