expansion tank got scum inside

just noticed scum/froth in expansion tank on 52 plate td4
not losing oil or water no froth inside engine seems to run okay??????

may be time to flush out system and renew coolant

I think it could be the engine oil cooler at fault. Oil pressure is leaking into the cooling system.
