Hi all,
gonna fix some driving lamps to my disco at the weekend and I have a relay and fitting kit coming for the lights I've bought (non landrover).
However, behind each light there's a socket on the end of a loom.
I was wondering if this could be the original loom fitted to the car for the factory spot lamps if they were fitted, or possibly for headlamp levelling (which I don't have).
Is there likely to be a spot lamp loom already fitted and is it possible to utilise this instead of fitting a new one?
Also - when I removed my front bumper, I cut the fog light wires as I want to mount new fogs too on top of the HD bumper using the same wiring (got same rated lamps), except there are three wires coming off each fog lamp - two together and one thin black on - anyone know what that's for?
Also did the best thing and ordered some brighter bulbs for the headlights - they are truely awful in standard spec!
Cheers guys.
