hi very new here , i have exhust gases in the engine bay, on the same side as the turbo but cannot seee where its coming from ? any ideas ?
 
Manifold maybe. I lost a stud once, closest to bulkhead.
 
Water with a squirt of washing-up liquid ...

brush around the manifold before it gets too hot - yes I know ...

you might get lucky and see the leak ... :rolleyes:
 
EGR valve? mine did this,turned out the EGR had been blanked off,but refitted over the blanking plate,sprung a small leak past the plate and the rest as they say is.......
