L405 exhaust filter full visit dealer

My range rover l405 SDV8 showing this error, exhaust filter full visit dealer.
Can it clean itself? Or what should I do since I don't want to visit the dealer.

that means a forced regen is required, you can't do that without a special diagnostic tool. you need to figure out why it's needed, also
