Right got my Exhaust modified to fit my 300tdi mated to LT77. Had to cut and reroute but seems just about there now apart from the rear Hanger. Front and middle hangers are fabricated to fit and are OK, Got one of these https://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php/85575/3727/bracket_rear_exhaust_mount_defender
but its a little close to crossmember when offered up, plus will have to drill another hole to suit.
Question is Is it to close ? cant think of another way to move it.

Yes, I reckon it is too close. The rear crossmember isn't the problem. The lower tip of the rear tub drops down past the rear crossmember. I'll pop out and take some pics.

Maybe a spacer between the crossmember tab and the hangar bracket - old lower link bush?
Thanks Think I've got a couple lying about, how much do you think it has to come down,
Ill be looking for a 110 tomorrow when I'm out and about to see how much space there is.

Yes It does , never thought of that, so it has to come down even lower, think slomofos idea might work

Doesn’t clear by much on a TD5 110 roughly 30mm.

Different issue on a 90 due to mud flap position.

Please don't laugh but used these square spacer type thingys, I know it does not look good but it has given it more space and is very solid. I can add more or take some out if needed, theirs about inch and half gap now.

Nobody will be able to see under there, so nowts a bother. You just need to have some way of adjusting it off the body. Looks like you've got it sorted :)
