Whist removing the fuel talk on our 110 to replace the rear crossmember we broke the fuel pipe, I think the part is ESR246 FUEL PIPE TANK>FILTER.
It was basically rusted together, we just coundnt free it off.

The sender unit is all ok, but the end of the actual pipe is no good, it looks to join a rubber pipe 6 or so inches along, and hoefully we can just replace from there.

Anyone breaking one that we can buy the end off?

Hope so, as cant face replacing the full pipe.

Thanks,

L

Go into halfords and get some 6mm fuel line. Clean up the end on the fuel tank and slip it over. Secure it with a hose clip. On the opposite end cut the plastic pipe off of the banjo connector and put them pipe over that, also secured with pipe clip. Job done

I decided to replace the tank while we are there. On the other side to the photos (on the drivers side) of the new tank, there is the main filler pipe connecton and a breather connection next to it, however on the top corner of that side there is another pipe connector, but i have no ise what it connects to. My manual has is displayed in the diagram, but no description and looks like its just capped off.

Any thourghts much appreciated.

Thanks,
