Engine torque settings dry or lightly oiled?

I'm assembling the engine and It says in the manual to tighten the crank main bearings to 130nm, is this lighty oiled bolts or dry?

I prefer mine lightly lubricated

You shouldn't oil them as it will cause the torque to be wrong, make it too high.
