Lol, Indeed, was good fun trying to blank them, had to remove the air filter and battery tray in order I could reach

Using some thin blanking plates and leaving everything in situ was ok to satisfy the recent mot examiner as they never commented on the egrs, failed first time because a bloody door lock failed whilst it was having its mot, so I changed the door lock, took it back and got through the mot, with no advisories either

Ref the egrs , heard one a little while ago where the entire egr valves had been removed and water line just linked together

Thought that was impressive seeing it was a sod to blank them let alone trying to remove the entire egr valves

As a side note these are my emissions tests, before and after I blanked the egrs

Ref smoke test , When the egrs were installed the reading was 0.63 and when egrs were blanked it was 0.52

Limit is 1.50 so was very pleased it was well under
