Engine Oil

I've done searching on this as well as looking at RAVE and manuals but everyone's opinion seems to differ when it comes to what engine oil should be used.

So, is there a generally accepted opinion on what grade oil should be used on the 4.0 Thor?

10w40 Semi synth is my oil of choice.
I get mine bulk from Smith & Allan & change every 5-6k.

If you have the room to store it, you can buy in bulk and save yourself a few quid.

Thats the stuff. Also, I find having bulk gives no excuses for changing oil when i've got an hour spare.

Right, off to pick mine up now with new engine
