Engine in Landrover 90

Hi there all, got my first landrover 90, it's had a 200 tdi conversion and there a few bits I am not happy with such as the air ducting and box, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is essential to have the diesel heater on it?

Not sure what bit you mean, inter cooler, air box??

Found out it's a diesel cooler don't no if it has to stay on the engine did the 200 discos have them

If you mean the inter cooler then yes you need it or your landy will go very slowly

No def not air inter cooler it's a diesel cooler been fitted and I've got rid of it but haven't tried it yet
