All.
Been away for a while as I have been wrestling with my engine rebuild - came in 3x over budget but is well sweet.
had the block and head skimmed, bored and lined, line bored, cons and pistons balanced, Iveco valves machined to fit as the ones you get now are SSteel which can frett and burr. Crank ground and balance with the flywheel and clutch etc.....
It now runs like a swiss watch.
Further good news is that I found my old Iso speedic engine governer which came off this engine about 15 years ago. I am going to refit it but was curious if anyone else has one and if any history is known. I found nowt on the net apart from one or two for sale.
Would love to know a bit more about this device.
