Hello!!!
First post in the Defender forum!!! Hoo yesss!!!!! :D :D

As I've bought a Defender last Sat, now Im looking at goodies for it..
Going to start with the snorkel and extended breathers...

But, my defender has a disco 200 engine inside, and currently the air intake is just a hose connected to a conic air filter, which is laid over the left wheel arch.

So I think the way to go is adding a air filter housing of a disco 200 (cylinder shape) and then from there route to the left side vent for the snorkel..

So would like to know if anyone has a setup like this (def 90 with disco 200 and snorkel) so I can have an idea where I can fit the air filter box?

cheers
JP

Mine comes out the side of the wing (standard TD housing with plastic disco elbow) and its pushed into the corner just behind the light

just refit the entire TD air intake from the filter holder (in it's original position) right up to the assembly mounted to the wing which the outside vent cover is popped to - all standard parts which can be seen in the parts manual
