Emissions NIGHTMARE

Question for you all! My Disco 1 200TDi failed an MOT for its emissions! I'm sure not a common fault. I found that the exhaust gasket was shot and replaced that. So fingers crossed however I just thought (get me a chair), that if I filled up with V Power (I know its expensive) for the test, it might clean the emissions a little.

Is this true?

I did think about that, but this is not really a Disco question, more a Diesel one and I figured this forum would get the most interest!

i'd nail it for a bit before you get to the test centre. it does help with lowering emissions.

So where can I get these nails ?
